Some people who are important to me are starting college
soon, just as many of the people I know and I are finishing it,
transferring, deciding what to do while we’re here, deciding to
leave or take a break, deciding to take longer, or figuring out
what it means now that we’re out.
What you see here is an attempt to make a zine of advice about
what college is, what it isn’t, things to do and think about and
try and what things might make it easier and harder. I asked
for stories about people’s experiences, diagrams and graphs,
and drawings, and collages and poems and essays and whatever
else. Pointed and pointless things. Any content, abstract or
intellectual or informal, that says something about what it’s like
to be in college.

with questions, comments, reactions, and content for future
editions. I hope this ends up being a conversation rather than a
set of instructions.
